Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
- Define project requirements, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies using industry-standard methodologies
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports and post-mortem analyses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management within digital service environments
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
