Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics with stakeholder alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports and post-mortems
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for seamless integration
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and cloud technologies
