Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of banking IT initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with banking stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business units to ensure seamless delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with banking industry regulations
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior management
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project flexibility and team productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management within banking or financial services
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Strong understanding of banking systems, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
