Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between software developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Effectively manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on project milestones, risks, and roadblocks.
- Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline development workflows.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure high-quality delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile project management frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is considered a significant advantage.
