Join Abishar Technologies Indonesia as an IT Project Manager and lead transformative initiatives within our client's insurance technology division. We're seeking a certified PMP with AWS expertise to drive cloud-based projects from conception to completion. This pivotal role requires strategic planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable solutions in a dynamic financial services environment. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with business acumen to navigate complex digital transformation challenges in Jakarta's growing tech ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead AWS cloud infrastructure deployments for insurance technology solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) to meet deadlines
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project contingencies
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize PMP methodologies to optimize project workflows and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- PMP certification mandatory (active status required)
- Minimum 3 years AWS cloud project implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven track record in insurance/financial services technology projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with SDLC and DevOps practices
