Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in IT project management.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is considered a strong plus.
