Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure milestone achievement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving blockers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain clear documentation of project progress, technical requirements, and stakeholder reporting.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to optimize internal development workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in IT project management or team leadership.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
