Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical specifications.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents to track progress effectively.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high-performance teamwork.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years as an IT Project Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
