Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning and implementation of complex IT projects within the banking ecosystem.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project budget, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within financial constraints.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively develop contingency plans.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders regarding progress and bottlenecks.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards and regulatory requirements of the banking industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Project Manager, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software development, APIs, and core banking systems.
- Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for effective stakeholder management.
