Tanggung Jawab
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to achieve project milestones
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives
- Monitor project progress using agile methodologies and implement corrective actions for deviation management
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing protocols and documentation processes
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and document lessons learned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and complex IT infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant IT domains preferred
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time within budget constraints
