Kamoro Maxima Integra is looking for a dedicated IT Quality Assurance specialist to join our dynamic technology team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify defects, automate testing processes, and contribute to the overall enhancement of our technical ecosystem. This position is ideal for an ambitious QA professional with 1-2 years of experience who thrives in a collaborative, office-based environment and is ready to take the next step in their career within a growing company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and implement automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, bugs, and release notes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proven ability to create clear, concise bug reports and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Postman) is a significant advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing techniques.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite (WFO) in Jakarta.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
