Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on technical specifications.
- Document and track software defects using industry-standard project management and bug-tracking tools.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after new updates.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality benchmarks and user requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar technical role.
- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
