Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified IT candidates through digital platforms, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships to understand hiring needs and business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate shortlisting, and placement negotiations
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights and strategic recruitment advice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of placed candidates
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics to achieve KPIs and business growth targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology sector
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry certifications
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Valid Malaysian work authorization
