- Architect and design end-to-end IT solutions for retail department stores.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex IT projects.
- Oversee system integration between retail technologies (POS, ERP, WMS).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Architecture or Solution Management.
- Proven experience in the retail sector, specifically with department store operations.
- Expertise in retail technologies such as POS, ERP, CRM, and inventory systems.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites in Tangerang and surrounding areas.
