As our IT Retail Solution Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, architectural design, and end-to-end implementation of scalable retail solutions. You will be responsible for managing high-impact projects, fostering strong relationships with enterprise-level vendors, and ensuring our IT infrastructure remains robust, secure, and compliant with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term IT retail strategy to support business objectives and digital transformation.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of POS, ERP, and omnichannel retail platforms.
- Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with IT vendors to ensure high service quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across all retail IT infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor the IT department, promoting best practices in software development and system administration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Strong expertise in retail management systems (POS, Inventory, CRM) and cloud-based architecture.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and data compliance (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
