Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the broadcasting and media technology sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive recurring revenue.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements in the IT and broadcasting industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against individual and team targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales, preferably within the media, broadcasting, or software solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of broadcasting infrastructure, digital media workflows, and enterprise software sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of professionalism with strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines effectively.
