Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive B2B IT sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and pitch tailored technology solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and present complex ideas clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to relationship building.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of IT products, software, or service solutions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings as required by the business.
