Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical product demonstrations and consultations to support sales team objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge documentation and sales collateral
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve pre-sales technical queries and post-sales implementation issues
- Prepare customized proposals and technical specifications aligned with client requirements
- Track sales pipeline metrics and prepare performance reports for management review
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate product information and availability
- Train sales staff on new product features and technical advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT sales support or technical sales role
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven problem-solving abilities with customer-focused approach
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
