Tanggung Jawab
- Lead implementation and optimization of SAP SD modules for retail operations
- Manage cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives
- Develop and maintain SD configuration for sales orders, billing, and distribution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex SD integration issues
- Train users on SAP SD functionality and best practices
- Prepare monthly reports on system performance and KPI achievement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years SAP SD implementation/support experience with 2+ years in leadership
- SAP SD certification (preferred) and deep knowledge of retail industry processes
- Strong ABAP programming and SAP NetWeaver skills
- Experience with integration of SAP SD with CRM and ERP systems
- Proven project management and team leadership abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
