We are seeking a highly skilled IT SAP Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Nipro Indonesia Jaya. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of our SAP ecosystem, including the latest S/4HANA and legacy ECC systems. You'll ensure seamless system operations through proactive configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Execute system configurations, customizations, and user access management
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Develop and deploy system enhancements to support business process optimization
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and security compliance measures
- Provide user training and documentation for SAP functionality
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP administration experience
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC system landscapes
- Strong proficiency in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP)
- Experience with SAP HANA database administration
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Relevant SAP certification (preferred)
