Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise security architecture to protect organizational data and assets.
- Design and implement security solutions for cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing efforts to proactively identify and remediate security weaknesses.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to foster a DevSecOps culture, ensuring security is integrated throughout the CI/CD pipeline.
- Define, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures compliant with industry regulations (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for incident response and complex security investigations.
- Provide expert guidance on identity and access management (IAM) strategies and zero-trust framework implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years in an architecture or high-level engineering capacity.
- Proven expertise in network security, endpoint protection, and encryption protocols.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or AWS Certified Security Specialty are highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of fintech security standards, specifically PCI-DSS compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and security orchestration.
