As the Head of Security at PT KB Data Systems Indonesia, you will serve as the premier security leader, directly aligning information security strategies with the company's business growth objectives. We are seeking a visionary leader to build and maintain a robust security posture, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our critical data assets. You will drive the development of a comprehensive security roadmap, manage enterprise-wide risk assessments, and lead a team of dedicated security professionals. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization and ensuring strict adherence to global and local regulatory standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement the enterprise-wide IT security strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead the design and execution of security frameworks, including risk management, governance, and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Oversee incident response planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes to minimize operational impact.
- Manage security operations, including real-time threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT security team, conducting regular performance reviews and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate security best practices into software development and IT operations.
- Conduct regular security audits and assess third-party vendor risks to ensure supply chain security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT Security, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and identity and access management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, data protection laws, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
