Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive IT security systems including firewalls, encryption protocols, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses
- Monitor network traffic and security alerts using SIEM tools to detect and respond to potential threats
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response plans aligned with ISO 27001 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance across all IT infrastructure
- Investigate security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and recommend security enhancements to protect organizational assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security roles with focus on financial services or regulated industries
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+) preferred
- Expertise in network security protocols, encryption technologies, and threat mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex security data and make informed decisions
- Experience with security tools: SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and security information management
- Excellent communication skills for documenting security policies and training non-technical staff
