Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities.
- Maintain, configure, and update security infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus systems, and intrusion detection tools.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on existing IT systems.
- Develop and implement security documentation, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees to minimize the risk of social engineering attacks.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and provide technical support for remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate security best practices into new software deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT operations or information security roles.
- Solid understanding of network security, system administration, and endpoint protection.
- Proficiency in working with security software and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into easy-to-understand guidance for non-technical staff.
- Possession of relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) is highly preferred.
