APICAL Group is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Senior Operations Support to join our team in Marunda. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, delivering high-impact first and second-level IT operational support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functionality of our IT infrastructure across both our Jakarta headquarters and remote operational sites.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide expert first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and incidents.
  • Manage the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of IT equipment and peripheral systems at the Marunda site and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to escalate complex issues and ensure continuous operational uptime.
  • Document technical solutions, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides to enhance the IT knowledge base.
  • Oversee routine system backups, software updates, and security patch management protocols.
  • Provide on-site technical guidance and training to end-users to improve digital literacy and tool adoption.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an IT Support or Operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Mac OS, enterprise hardware, and office productivity suites.
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking, VPN, and firewall configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Willingness to be based in Marunda, Jakarta Utara.
