Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Conduct functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing across various platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in collaboration with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose process improvements for the QA lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and test case documentation.
- Manage test environments and data configurations to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
- Prepare detailed QA reports and dashboards for stakeholders to provide visibility into application quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance roles.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
- Strong experience in automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or RestAssured).
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management for backend data validation.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and product owners.
- ISTQB Certification is highly preferred.
