Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Server & Storage Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our enterprise IT environment, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of server and storage infrastructure. From initial deployment and architectural design to ongoing maintenance and optimization, you will ensure our systems remain resilient, high-performing, and secure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and installation of physical and virtual server infrastructure.
- Oversee SAN switch implementation and ensure storage fabric performance and availability.
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server and storage health to minimize downtime.
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates according to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable storage solutions that meet business capacity requirements.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of storage arrays and server resources.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise server and storage management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAN switch configuration (Brocade/Cisco) and storage arrays (Dell EMC, NetApp, or HP).
- Proficiency in server hardware architecture and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Solid understanding of RAID levels, LUN management, and storage protocols (iSCSI, Fiber Channel).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based environment and adapt to project requirements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, SNIA, or vendor-specific storage certifications) are highly advantageous.
