The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network architecture, hardware maintenance, and IT service management (ITSM) principles. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain daily IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of critical network infrastructure.
- Provide prompt technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.
- Monitor network traffic, security systems, and server performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points across the office and plant floor.
- Execute regular system backups and disaster recovery protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and incident reports to maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance, procurement, and hardware upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or network administration.
- Strong proficiency in Cisco networking devices, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Experience in supporting Windows/Linux server environments and enterprise-level office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric service mindset.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL) are highly preferred.
