Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for digital transformation? PERSOL is seeking a motivated IT Solution Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for high-impact ERP and IT solutions.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and client business objectives. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships, managing the full sales lifecycle, and providing consultative recommendations that drive tangible business value for our diverse client base.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new business leads within the target market to grow our IT/ERP solution portfolio.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client business requirements, pain points, and operational challenges.
  • Develop and present tailored ERP solution proposals that align with client goals and technical needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from cold prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting on forecasting and deal status.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the corporate sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with current IT trends, software industry developments, and competitive landscapes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT solution sales, specifically focusing on ERP, CRM, or cloud-based enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules and business process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced networking skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate C-level decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management tools.
