Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company server infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Oversee network connectivity, including router, switch, and Wi-Fi configurations.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for client computer hardware and software.
- Implement and monitor robust information security protocols to protect company data assets.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve digital literacy and IT best practices.
- Perform meticulous data input and generate actionable reports for management decision-making.
- Optimize existing IT systems to increase workflow productivity across departments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server management and common networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proven experience in information security best practices and endpoint protection.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems in a high-pressure environment.
