Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the company's computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Manage regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are strictly followed.
- Perform routine server maintenance, software installations, and system updates.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system changes for future reference.
- Coordinate with vendors or external technical support for hardware repairs or specialized software issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar IT support or IT technician role.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and office application suites.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi).
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing company assets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten.
