Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for employees regarding hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, operating systems, and applications as required.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and ensure data security and integrity.
- Collaborate with management to identify IT needs and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system migrations and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and desktop support procedures.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic routing and switching.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical staff.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly desirable.
