Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for all office hardware, including computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and CCTV systems.
- Manage and maintain internal software environments, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ensure reliable network connectivity by managing WiFi and LAN infrastructure.
- Assist in the implementation and daily operational support of ERP systems to streamline business processes.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on all IT equipment to ensure long-term reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical issues that require specialized repair.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all technical assets within the company.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or general technical administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with network configuration (LAN/WiFi) and security hardware (CCTV).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy work environment.
- Willingness to be based in Kesamben, Jawa Timur.
