Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end installation and configuration of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Conduct routine maintenance on hardware and software systems to ensure peak performance.
- Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting for hardware malfunctions and software application issues.
- Manage and monitor office network connectivity, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT-related assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with department heads to support their technical requirements and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and system update protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Staff, IT Support, or Helpdesk technician.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and office software suites.
- Strong understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya and manage on-site technical tasks.
