Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide prompt technical support for hotel staff and resolve hardware or software-related issues.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches to ensure operational continuity.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and manage internet connectivity and Wi-Fi performance throughout the hotel premises.
  • Maintain clear documentation of IT equipment, inventory, and system configurations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or internet service providers to resolve escalated technical issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support, IT Staff, or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network protocols (LAN/WAN), and basic server administration.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) or POS systems is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Indonesian and English.
