Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot local and wide-area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols to ensure data protection.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and servers.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and data integrity on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and implement efficient IT solutions.
- Conduct regular IT audits and hardware inventory checks.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP), and hardware components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
