Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for staff to ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain company-standard software applications and operating systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure robust security protocols are followed across the site.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure system recovery processes are functional.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance manufacturing and administrative efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets and system configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Informatics Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in an IT support or helpdesk role is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of hardware components, network infrastructure, and OS environments (Windows/Linux).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to be placed and work on-site in Madiun, Jawa Timur.
