Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for infrastructure and hardware maintenance? We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Staff (Network & Hardware Support) to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational technology, ensuring that our network infrastructure and hardware systems perform at peak efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining our local network environment, performing hardware troubleshooting, and ensuring all end-users receive timely technical assistance. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, maintain, and monitor local area networks (LAN/WAN) and wireless systems.
- Provide comprehensive hardware support, including setup, installation, and repair of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Conduct regular maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure system stability and security.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.
- Manage server/workstation backups and perform routine data recovery procedures.
- Document IT assets, network configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and escalation of complex technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or Hardware Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and office productivity software.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Experience with hardware components troubleshooting (motherboards, RAM, storage, networking cables).
- Excellent communication skills with a client-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+) are a significant advantage.
