Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide application architecture strategy to support long-term business goals and omnichannel growth.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable integration patterns, microservices, and API-first architectures.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with retail operational requirements and innovation targets.
- Champion the adoption of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes, inventory management, and customer engagement platforms.
- Mentor and guide a team of solution architects and technical leads to maintain high engineering standards.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy applications while ensuring minimal disruption to business continuity.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to maintain a competitive technological advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven expertise in retail or e-commerce omnichannel technology ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices design.
- Strong background in API management, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production-grade environments is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian with strong professional communication capabilities.
