Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team to ensure high-quality service delivery and rapid incident resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of hardware and software solutions.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and digital assets.
- Develop and execute IT projects to enhance operational efficiency across resort and park facilities.
- Provide technical guidance and support for major events and seasonal park activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and perform regular system audits and backups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Solid understanding of network administration (LAN/WAN), server management, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Experience with ERP or POS systems used in tourism or hospitality is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional internal service.
