Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff to ensure high-performance standards.
- Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard company data.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and execute proactive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technological gaps and implement scalable solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, project status, and budget utilization for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of network management, server maintenance (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud-based infrastructure issues.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business-centric outcomes.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
