We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join the dynamic team at Cerdas Digital Nusantara. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal technical assistance, ensuring seamless operations across our office environment. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining robust network infrastructure, managing the lifecycle of IT assets, and safeguarding sensitive data against cyber threats. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can efficiently troubleshoot hardware malfunctions, resolve software conflicts, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new devices for employees.

As part of our IT team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our technological ecosystem, ensuring that all hardware and software solutions are reliable and secure. You will work closely with management to identify technical needs and implement scalable solutions that drive productivity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize office network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, and network security protocols.
  • Oversee IT asset management, including inventory tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for staff.
  • Configure and deploy workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals for new hires (onboarding).
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices to protect organizational data and systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for system maintenance, repairs, and software licensing.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base for internal users.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and collaboration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
