Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Develop, test, and maintain internal business applications and software solutions.
- Monitor server performance and ensure the stability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software improvements.
- Perform routine system maintenance, data backups, and security updates.
- Document technical processes, user guides, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot database connectivity and optimize system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or System Development role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux server administration and networking concepts.
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment.
