One Third Consulting Abroad is seeking a dedicated IT Support ERP Odoo professional to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of our Odoo ERP system. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless support for daily operations and drive the effectiveness of our core business processes.

You will work closely with various departments to tailor the ERP solution, ensuring it evolves with our organizational needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Odoo ERP system, including modules such as Sales, Inventory, and HR.
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure minimal downtime and high productivity.
- Optimize business workflows by analyzing current processes and customizing Odoo features to fit specific operational needs.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular data migrations between systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure security, performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor staff on new ERP features and best practices for system usage.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Odoo with other third-party applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working with Odoo or OpenERP, including module development or customization.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, database management, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic Python scripting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the IT Support or Consulting sector is a plus.
