Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain call center network infrastructure (LAN, WiFi, routers, switches)
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues including IP conflicts and internet outages
- Provide Tier-2 technical support for call center hardware/software systems
- Monitor network performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Coordinate hardware/software installations and upgrades across call center operations
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with telecom vendors to optimize call center telephony systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in network administration or IT support
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong understanding of call center technologies (ACD, IVR, CTI systems)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
