Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place
- Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security
- Document IT processes and procedures for future reference
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization is desirable
