Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide timely onsite and remote technical support for all hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Maintain and monitor regional IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Manage system deployments, updates, and patches to ensure security and performance compliance.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on office equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, service requests, and inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the central IT department to implement company-wide technology initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on new software applications and hardware usage.
  • Respond promptly to system outages and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office/365 suites.
  • Proficient in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi configurations).
  • Familiarity with hardware maintenance including printers, scanners, and workstation components.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Kalimantan Selatan area as required by business operations.
