Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely onsite and remote technical support for all hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Maintain and monitor regional IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Manage system deployments, updates, and patches to ensure security and performance compliance.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on office equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, service requests, and inventory records.
- Collaborate with the central IT department to implement company-wide technology initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new software applications and hardware usage.
- Respond promptly to system outages and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft Office/365 suites.
- Proficient in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi configurations).
- Familiarity with hardware maintenance including printers, scanners, and workstation components.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Kalimantan Selatan area as required by business operations.
