Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions to potential clients, addressing technical and business needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems and provide regular performance reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitive advantage

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably IT solutions or technology sector
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or SaaS products
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
