Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
- Coordinate logistics operations including inventory management, vendor communications, and supply chain coordination
- Implement IT security protocols and maintain system documentation
- Optimize logistics workflows using ERP/WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges
- Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in Windows OS, network troubleshooting, and hardware diagnostics
- Familiarity with logistics software (ERP/WMS) and IT service management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent preferred
