Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Design, configure, install, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and system availability to ensure optimal uptime and security.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and asset inventories.
- Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect company and client data.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Network Engineer, or similar IT role.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and LAN/WAN architecture.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper) and firewall technologies.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
